Minimums & Pricing
Our minimum project size is $2,500. This typically translates to 50-100 pieces depending on product type and customization. For smaller quantities, we can sometimes help or point you in the right direction — just ask.
Pricing depends on product type, quantity, fabric choice, and customization level. General ranges:
Tees: $25-40/unit
Hoodies: $50-80/unit
Jackets: $80-150/unit
Hats: $15-35/unit
Bags: $20-80/unit

Promotional products companies print on $3 blanks. We manufacture the garments from scratch using premium materials — 400GSM French terry instead of thin fleece, YKK hardware, reinforced construction. The difference in quality is obvious when you hold both products. Our clients find the investment worthwhile because the apparel actually gets worn.
Yes. Per-unit costs decrease with quantity. We also offer preferred pricing for recurring orders (quarterly programs, ongoing new hire kits, etc.). Let us know your annual volume and we'll structure a program that makes sense.
Process & Timeline
Typical project timeline is 6-8 weeks from sample approval to delivery. This breaks down as:
Design mockups: 1 week
Physical samples: 2 weeks
Production: 3-4 weeks
Shipping: 1 week

Yes, for some products. Rush options typically add 20-30% to the project cost. The timeline depends on what you need — simple tees can sometimes be rushed to 3-4 weeks, while complex jackets have less flexibility. Ask us about your specific deadline.
Absolutely. Physical samples are part of our standard process. You'll receive actual garments in your chosen fabric, construction, and branding before we start production. We don't move forward until you're 100% happy with the sample.
One round of sample revisions is included. If you need significant changes (different fabric, different construction) after the first sample, we'll produce a revised sample. This typically adds 1-2 weeks to the timeline.
Design & Customization
Both work. If you have finished designs, great — send them over. If you have brand guidelines and rough ideas, we'll develop concepts. If you just want "something cool," we can handle that too. Design support is included with every project.
We cut and sew everything from scratch. Unlike most corporate apparel companies that print or embroider on pre-made blanks (Gildan, Bella+Canvas, etc.), we manufacture the garments themselves. You choose the fabric weight, the colors, the cut, the construction details. It's genuinely custom.
Yes. For custom fabric dyeing, we can match specific Pantone colors. For embroidery and printing, we match as closely as thread and ink colors allow. We'll provide color samples for approval before production.
Embroidery: Flat or 3D puff, up to 15 thread colors
Screen print: Unlimited colors, puff print available
Cotton: 180-220GSM for tees, up to 400GSM for hoodies
French terry: 320-400GSM options
Fleece: 280GSM and up

We work with trusted manufacturing partners who meet our quality standards. Depending on the product and timeline, manufacturing may be domestic (US) or overseas. We're transparent about where each product is made and maintain consistent quality control regardless of location.
Every piece goes through individual QC inspection. We check measurements, stitching, branding placement, and overall construction. Defective pieces don't ship. We provide weekly progress updates during production so you know exactly what's happening.
Shipping & Logistics
Yes. Bulk to your office, individual team member addresses, or any combination. For distributed teams, we'll set up individual shipments with tracking. Just provide the address list and we handle the rest.
Yes. We ship worldwide. International shipping costs and customs duties are additional. We can provide customs documentation and handle shipping logistics for international orders.

Reorders & Programs
Absolutely — many clients order quarterly or set up ongoing new hire programs. We keep your specs, patterns, and branding on file. Reorders are straightforward and typically have faster turnaround since design and sampling are already done.
Yes. We run ongoing programs for many clients. You provide new hire info as needed, and we produce and ship welcome kits on a rolling basis. We can hold inventory for faster fulfillment or produce on-demand depending on your volume and timeline needs.
